Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install Clippery on one (1) desktop computer at a time
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
• Create, edit, and export screenshots without restriction

This is a one-time purchase license for the version available at the time of purchase. The license does not expire, subject to these Terms.

Your license key may only be active on one device at a time.

You may:

• Transfer activation to another device after deactivating the current device
• Contact support for transfer help in case of hardware failure or replacement

You may not:

• Use one license key on multiple devices at the same time
• Share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where prohibited by applicable law
• Use automated methods to generate, test, or validate license keys

You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

If you lose your key, contact contact@midni8labs.com from the purchase email. We may ask for identity or purchase verification.

If a key is compromised, we may revoke it and issue a replacement at our discretion.

Clippery is sold as a one-time purchase. Prices may vary by region and taxes.

• Polar is used for payment processing and license/order management (including refund handling and license status).
• GitHub may be used to deliver software updates and release assets for the in-app updater.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices, in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Approved refunds are returned in full

If a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and terminated. You must stop using Clippery and uninstall all copies. Post-refund use is not permitted.

Refunds after 14 days are only available where required by applicable law.

Certain data is required for us to provide Clippery, including purchase and licensing records, activation data, and support correspondence when you request help.

Without required purchase/licensing data, we cannot process orders, deliver or validate license keys, handle refunds, or provide license transfer/recovery support.

Your purchase licenses the version available at the time of purchase. We are not obligated to provide future updates, upgrades, or new features.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at contact@midni8labs.com. We do not guarantee response times.

We may discontinue development or support at any time. Your existing license remains valid for your installed version, subject to these Terms.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your Clippery license.

You may terminate by uninstalling and destroying all copies.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including license key misuse or unauthorized use.

On termination, your license ends immediately, and you must stop all use and delete all copies.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual claims), are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

You and we agree that the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Non-material changes are effective on posting with a revised "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice (for example by email to your purchase address and/or in-app notice) and state the effective date.

If you do not agree to material changes, you must stop using the Software before the effective date.
